Summary:

This position is responsible for specific functions in supporting the IT Services including special event support, computer repair, maintenance and installations. This position is responsible for assisting IT services team with helpdesk, ticketing, operation and maintenance of computer devices, telecom devices, telecom and cabling support, desktop support, end user support, and legacy hardware maintenance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in several technology requirements within the company that include, but may not be limited to, desktop and network installations, commercial and government technology support, software support and equipment and hardware repair, special projects,
  • Assists management in making recommendations for system components, software, vendors, and consultants to ensure the most effective and efficient technologies for the development of technical materials
  • Assist in technical support delivery for projects relating to several support areas as required
  • Daily management of time and updates to service tickets
  • Prioritize and manage service tickets and projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of hardware and setup standards, including selecting and installing desktops, routers, network devices, cameras, software and diverse applications
  • Knowledge security standards, practices and equipment
  • Knowledge of protocols and network topology and cabling
  • Knowledge of Windows 7- 10, Apple/MAC, operating systems
  • Skill in the use of computers and relevant authoring tools such as Microsoft Office Professional Suite, Expressions, Adobe or Nitro
  • Skill in troubleshooting computer and/or network issues
  • Skill in the use of internet technologies such as web browsers, HTML and web pages

Summary:

This position is responsible for specific functions in supporting client onsite/on property AV projects needs and special event support, and project planning and system integration. This includes commercial installation support, operation and maintenance of permanent and mobile video conferencing systems, digital video storage, retrieval and other multimedia content for RCI Media.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setup, operate, maintain and support equipment used to enhance live events, such as microphones, video recorders, projectors, sound mixing equipment.
  • Record meetings and presentations with video cameras, operate spotlights, adjust amplifiers, coordinate graphics used in displays and provide technical support for teleconferences, webinars and distance-learning classes.
  • Edit, copy and store video and DVDs, track inventory of equipment and order supplies
  • Edit and Create video footage and script, produce, shoot, edit and distribute digital video.
  • Maintain a schedule of hardware maintenance and repair and notifications to vendor if required
  • Ensures compliance with technology and industry standards
  • Vendor management as needed for onsite property
  • Setup and support scheduled conferences, seminars, trainings, teleconferencing, etc.
  • Installation of video and audio equipment as needed from management or Team Lead
  • Respond on demand to client requirements and requests
  • Attend meetings to support clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, this position oversees special event support which often utilizes large amplification and sound systems that may result in a very loud working environment. Some sites are medical facilities and require ability to comply with HIPPA level confidentiality, viewing medial procedures for video support and editing

  • AA Degree or experience in related field
  • 2+ Years support AV support / installations
  • 3+ Years technically supporting video conferencing meetings and special events

Summary:

The 3-Dimensional (3D) Developer works in accordance with the company’s software development lifecycle to design and develop both new and enhancements to 3D Objects and applications that meet client business specifications. Primary responsibilities include requirements analysis to gain an understanding of business needs to develop a level of effort estimates, software design and development, unit testing, performing design and code reviews, and development of technical documentation. Additional responsibilities include performing system analysis, code modifications, and functional testing to troubleshoot application production issues. Key attributes that will be acquired during the 3D Developer Intern position are:

  • Use Unity and or Unreal in the development of 3D objects
  • Develop 3D Objects for Microsoft Hololens 2 Glasses
  • Evaluate different 3D development and rendering tools
  • Assist in the testing, evaluation, and development of a Microsoft Dynamic 365 Remote Assist, Field Service, and Guides capability
  • Leverage the use of a software development lifecycle designed to ensure the delivery of high-quality content
  • Employ Power-BI in the development of custom applications and interfaces for Microsoft Hololens (nice to have requirement)
  • Assists with ensuring tasks are properly completed
  • Install software to ensure the delivery of 3D objects
  • Identify issues, questions, and recommendations for improving operations, services, and quality to lead or management intervention
  • Document activities, instructions, technical specifications, or any processes needed for the successful delivery of objects and service

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow oral and written instructions as given by authorized RCI staff.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Perform technical tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company’s application portfolio, development tools, and development procedures.
  • Actively participate in the development and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions.
  • Assist in development activities’ level of effort and duration estimates for schedule planning. The developer is expected to proactively manage activities to deliver the required work on time.
  • Assist in the development of high-quality software code in accordance with established company standards and development guidelines.
  • Produce technical documentation that accurately and thoroughly depicts the software design and code base. The documentation needs to sufficiently assist QA testing and production support activities.
  • Perform adequate unit testing of own and other developers’ application development work. At a minimum, unit testing should ensure all requirements have been addressed, all basic functionality works, and errors are handled properly.
  • Troubleshoot application production issues that resolve the issues without causing additional problems.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Provide updates to the RCI designated lead on work in progress, work completed, work planned, and issues potentially impacting the on-time completion or quality level of work.
  • Perform systems analysis and functional testing as needed.
  • Ability to support and create applications front end and back end respectfully.
  • Complete enhancements and support for existing applications
