Our flexible service contracts are customized to fit your needs.

Each maintenance plan is unique, with a tailored service level agreement.
Regularly-scheduled site visits assure that your equipment is properly maintained to avert
costly failures.  As your backup, we can also proactively schedule
tests on your network, servers, and other equipment to ensure everything
is performing efficiently.  Should a problem occur, we have the systems and
relationships in place to repair it quickly and, maintain data integrity.

and guaranteed onsite response within a specified time frame. 
Our maintenance plans include:

Standard  Plan. For small businesses that have the resources to handle most maintenance-critical components
internally, but want a company available to recover or assist in network maintenance.
Includes standard, guaranteed response times and a
monthly site visit by one of our engineers to ensure your network is operating properly.

Premium Plan.  For companies that have occasional network problems,
require assistance with
periodic maintenance, or do not possess internal resources to handle
unexpected hardware and O/S failures. This plan includes a weekly
site visit by one of our engineers to ensure proper network performance.

Comprehensive Plan.  For companies that do not
have the internal means to maintain their network or wish to
outsource this function completely.  Includes guaranteed response times
tailored to your
specific needs, and a weekly visit by one of our engineers to ensure your
network is operating properly.
