Premium Plan. For companies that have occasional network problems,
require assistance with
periodic network maintenance, or do not possess internal resources to handle
unexpected hardware and O/S failures. This plan includes a weekly
site visit by one of our engineers to ensure proper network performance.

Comprehensive Plan. For companies that do not
have the internal means to maintain their network or wish to
outsource network maintenance completely. Includes guaranteed response times
tailored to your
specific needs, and a weekly visit by one of our engineers to ensure your
network is operating properly.
